Always a Good Time with My Friends

I have friends who I call when I need to feel better because I know that they are usually happy and always willing to listen to me tell them why I am sad or what is bothering me. I had to go and talk to a few people about something that I wanted to do, and I have friends that will help me figure out how to get my goal done right. I also have friends to go out, so when I saw Treasure at Tampines in Singapore was actually going to have a new launch, I knew that it was something that I wanted to check out but I did not want to go alone, so I called my going out friends instead. Even if we just go out for a drink after school, these are the girls that I drown my sorrows with when we are so very sad, or ones that I go out dancing with when one of us has something that we want to celebrate.

My friends growing up were the ones that I could always count on when I was a kid but once we all left high school and went to college, we never really talked to each other again. I was really excited to speak to a friend of mine after I saw her in the store about six years after high school but when I saw her, she was not the same at all. She had a rough few years and she was wearing them on her face, I knew that she could use some help. She is now one of my better friends and someone I can call whether I need someone to talk to or go out with, I am very lucky to have her in my life as an adult.
