Unable to add addon domain in Cpanel webhosting after removing it

There is a problem with cpanel addon domain mapping, and an Indonesian webhosting company gave the following reply to the support ticket

Plase try remove addon domain then add again now

However after the addon domain is added, it is not possible to add it for for some webhosting companies

Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

The ip address is correct, however there is some server setting problem, and despite ruthlessly exploiting, cheating the domain investor, ntro employees refuse to help
